Are the cards handwritten or signed via computer printer?
Each card is signed by one of our staff members upon completing the order

How does Your Greeting Card Service work?
To use the service, simply sign up for an account, select and purchase your cards and you're ready to start sending cards. To send a card, select an occasion, select a design, personalize the inside of the card and enter the name and mailing address of the recipient. Depending on the time you place the order, cards will be mailed the next business day, or 5 days before your target delivery date if you pick a mailing date in the future

May I save my credit card information for future use?
For security purposes, we do not save customer credit card numbers in user profiles.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

How do I print order receipts?
You may use the print function from your browser to print your order receipt from the order confirmation page. You may also print a receipt from the Order Status screen. Registered users can log in to their accounts by clicking the Sign In/Sign Up link in the header and signing in, next click on Order Status/History, and select the order to print the receipt

Can I mail cards outside the U.S.?
We currently deliver to the 50 United States.

Can I order cards in bulk?
Yes. Click on the Business tab to view and purchase cards in bulk

Can I schedule a card to go out on a specific date in the future?
Yes. When you select a card for mailing you can use our calendar function.
